Sakuya can get a sorta pass since her age is unknown and she looks older than the rest of our heroines in canon. Sanae on the other hand should not due to having a appearance and age similar to Reimu and Marisa in canon. I mean take a look at the pos by to the right and wall scroll on the left in the link below.
