Sakuya can get a sorta pass since her age is unknown and she looks older than the rest of our heroines in canon. Sanae on the other hand should not due to having a appearance and age similar to Reimu and Marisa in canon. I mean take a look at the pos by to the right and wall scroll on the left in the link below. I'm much too busy staring at her head accessory that would flatten two miles of land in conal shapes off to each side of her head if she suddenly sneezed.
