Given that "Gouchisousama" is an expression of gratefulness for a meal after eating, "Gochisousama wa?" seems like it could translate to "Are you thankful for the meal?" I could easily imagine the phrase being localised in anime as "Did you enjoy it?" or "Was it tasty?"
