Hm, I thought that the first two characters were 冷気 for "cold weather," but looking at the Chinese version, there seems to be no difference in the writing. I'm reading the character being closer to 気 than 氣, so I'll just put in a check translation tag in case someone more knowledgeable knows how to translate that.
